Please provide sensor serial number(s) that can be found on the back of the sensor or on the box. If you need support for multiple sensors, please provide the serial numbers for all devices. If you are not able to find the serial number, please provide the DevEUI (LoRaWAN) or DSK code (Z-Wave)

Our processing of your personal data submitted through this form or otherwise by you to us will be used for continued communication with you. If it is a support request, we (Sensative AB and its subsidiaries) will use it to give you support. The contact information might also be used to send you information about product updates, promotions, campaigns, or similar.
